Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly and professional interactions Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism to ensure satisfaction Maintain accurate reservation records, room assignments, and billing information while coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams Conduct night audit procedures to verify daily financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports for management Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests over the phone or in person, ensuring clear and courteous communication Assist with guest relations efforts by addressing special requests and ensuring all guests feel valued during their stay Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor and excellent communication abilities Familiarity with front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, and hotel management software is advantageous Ability to handle night audit responsibilities accurately while maintaining attention to detail during late shifts Knowledge of resort operations or hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory Demonstrated ability to manage guest relations professionally while maintaining a positive attitude in fast-paced environments This paid role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about hospitality who want to grow their career in a vibrant resort or hotel setting.
