About Us:
America's Gym is a high-energy, community-focused fitness center committed to helping our members achieve their goals. We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Front Desk Associate to join our team!
Position Details:
Starting Pay:
$17.50/hour
Benefits:
Free gym membership
Shifts Available:
Morning:
7:00 AM - 3:00
PM Afternoon/Evening:
3:00 PM - 11:00
PM Availability:
Weekdays & weekends
Positions:
Full-time & part-time openings
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in members with a positive attitude Answer phone calls and assist with member inquiries Process new memberships and payments Keep the front desk and lobby area organized and clean Provide excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications:
Friendly and approachable personality Strong communication skills Dependable and punctual Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
