Hotel Front Desk Agent- Carmel

Overview The Ghoman Group is seeking a friendly and dependable Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Carmel, Indiana. This position is responsible for providing excellent guest service while assisting with hotel check-ins, reservations, and daily front desk operations. We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service Check guests in and out efficiently Answer phones and assist with reservations Process guest payments and maintain accurate records Respond to guest questions and requests Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Follow hotel policies and procedures Experience Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred FOSSE experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Schedule Full-time 8-hour shifts: Evening Shift 3 PM - 11 PM Weekend availability required Benefits Competitive hourly pay $1,000 hiring bonus paid within the first year of employment One week of paid vacation after eligibility requirements are met Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment
