Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check-in and check-out guests using the hotel's reservation system
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest complaints or issues with patience and professionalism
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Office This position requires a friendly and outgoing personality, as well as the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
