In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, manage sales transactions, and ensure a positive shopping experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Your enthusiasm and proactive attitude will help create a lively, engaging environment that encourages repeat visits and brand loyalty. You'll play a vital part in making each guest's visit memorable and enjoyable. Weekend availability is a must! Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit Operate the property management system (PMS) efficiently to process reservations, arrivals, departures and financials transactions accurately Conduct demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits of the hotel and its' loyalty program Assist with maintaining marketplace inventory by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented Engage in upselling techniques Handle cashiering responsibilities including cash handling, basic math calculations, and transaction reconciliation Maintain excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or assisting customers remotely Provide bilingual support to serve a diverse customer base effectively (if applicable) Experience Previous retail sales experience or familiarity with grocery store operations is preferred but not required Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in guiding team members or managing tasks Strong communication skills with an ability to connect with customers and team members alike Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math ensures smooth transaction processing Knowledge of merchandising, product demos, upselling strategies, and stock management enhances your effectiveness in the role Bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving a diverse clientele effectively Demonstrated excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels exceptional guest experiences!
