Please do not call the hotel. Overview Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face and efficient coordinator at the front of our organization. This vital role combines exceptional customer service with administrative expertise to ensure smooth daily operations. As a Front Desk Agent, you'll manage front desk activities, handle inquiries, and support office functions with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your energy and organizational skills will help create a positive environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer support and assistance Manage multi-line phone systems to direct calls accurately and professionally Handle data entry tasks with precision using productivity software like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Maintain organized filing systems, including electronic and paper records, ensuring easy retrieval of information Support office management duties such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and correspondence handling Perform clerical tasks including proofreading documents, managing emails, and supporting bookkeeping activities with QuickBooks or similar software Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies to ensure a well-run front desk environment Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills Excellent computer literacy across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Familiarity with data entry, filing systems, and clerical procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple phone lines effectively Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs better Technical proficiency in office equipment such as multi-line phones, printers, and basic troubleshooting Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous but not required; a background in personal assistant or front desk roles is highly valued Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding career where your organizational talent and friendly demeanor make a real difference every day!
