• Embassy Suites Indianapolis Downtown The Embassy Suites Indianapolis Downtown, a 360 all-suite property located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team.

Conveniently situated just a short walk from the Indiana Convention Center via skywalk, our hotel is also directly connected to Circle Centre Mall and only a 10-minute walk from Lucas Oil Stadium—home of the Indianapolis Colts. What will I be doing? As a Guest Service Agent you would be responsible for assisting guests in checking in and checking out guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Assist Front Office Leadership with the checking in and checking out of guests.
