In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay begins with a smile and continues seamlessly through attentive service. Your enthusiasm for hospitality management and guest relations will help create a warm, inviting atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews. Whether managing check-ins, handling guest inquiries, or coordinating with other departments, your proactive approach will drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and guiding them through check-in procedures efficiently. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously while providing accurate information about hotel services and local attractions. Handle guest requests and complaints with patience and problem-solving skills, ensuring issues are resolved swiftly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using hotel management software. Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, prepare reports, and ensure financial accuracy for overnight operations. Maintain guest records securely while adhering to privacy policies and hotel protocols. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and the property remains safe and welcoming. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant advantage, enabling effective communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems enhances efficiency in daily tasks. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations, demonstrating genuine hospitality at every interaction. Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations contributes to smooth overnight transitions. Experience working in resort or hotel environments helps in understanding the nuances of hospitality management. Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously are essential for success in this role.
