This energetic role requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. As the first point of contact, you will handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and coordinate with various departments to uphold our high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help foster a warm, inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience. Manage reservations efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and special requests are accommodated. Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences. Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure smooth overnight operations. Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously, maintaining positive guest relations at all times. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly and effectively. Uphold security protocols by monitoring access points and ensuring safety procedures are followed throughout the property. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred; hotel experience is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively. Knowledge of hospitality management systems and hotel management software is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clear, friendly interactions. Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism at all times. Familiarity with night audit procedures and general hotel operations is beneficial. A positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
