The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized lobby while providing excellent service to guests and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and common areas. Assist guests with general inquiries and directions. Monitor the lobby to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. Support hotel staff with guest service needs as required.
Qualifications:
Hotel or hospitality industry experience is preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Reliable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
