- Lobby Join our dynamic hospitality team as a House Attendant
- Lobby, where your attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction will help create a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain the appearance of the hotel's public areas, including lobbies, meeting rooms, and other designated spaces
- Perform deep cleaning of assigned areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Set up and maintain complimentary hotel lobby functions, including coffee service and nightly concierge events
- Clean and prepare meeting room functions, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in place
- Deliver service items to guest rooms upon requests from the front desk
- Drive the shuttle van as needed to transport guests or staff around the property (property-specific requirement)
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support the overall operation of the hotel
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, cleaning, or customer service preferred
- Ability to perform deep cleaning tasks and operate cleaning equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if driving shuttle van)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
