Job Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent and Breakfast Attendant, where your energy and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional guest services while managing front desk operations and ensuring a warm, welcoming breakfast environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills in a lively resort setting. Duties Greet guests with a friendly, energetic attitude, providing prompt check-in and check-out services while ensuring a smooth arrival experience Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and provide detailed information about hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, ensuring a fresh, inviting environment for guests each morning Prepare and serve breakfast items according to health standards, assisting guests with dietary preferences or special requests as needed Support guest relations by addressing concerns courteously and professionally, fostering positive guest experiences throughout their stay Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation records, managing guest accounts, and supporting night audit procedures when required Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for guest service is essential Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly valued to better serve diverse guest populations Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and hotel management software is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings for breakfast service and evenings for front desk coverage Knowledge of hotel industry standards, guest relations practices, and phone etiquette is a plus A proactive team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and demonstrates attention to detail Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your dedication transforms ordinary stays into extraordinary experiences.
