Job Description
Serves as the first point of contact for members, delivering exceptional service by handling inquiries, managing incoming calls, and assisting with basic account needs. This role supports daily branch operations and contributes to a positive member experience. Greets and assist members in a friendly and professional manner. Answers and routes incoming phone calls; responding to general inquiries. Demonstrates effective and consistent communication. Answers emails in a timely and professional manner. Assist members with basic account services, including opening new accounts and updating account information. Promotes credit union products and services to members that will improve their financial security. Supports branch operations and maintains accurate member records and ensures confidentiality. Maintains paid off loan reports. Ensure the front desk area remain organized and welcoming. Fluency in English and Spanish, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Performs other related duties as assigned.
