In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable while also managing night audit responsibilities. This position is vital to maintaining our high standards of guest service. Responsibilities Greet and check in guests upon arrival, providing excellent customer service. Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries efficiently. Perform night audit duties, ensuring accurate financial reporting and reconciliation. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Assist with guest relations, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Handle phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and messages. Requirements Previous experience in hotel or hospitality roles preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to work independently during night shifts. or bilingual skills are a plus. Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous.
