The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Duties Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Manage reservations and maintain accurate records in the hotel management system. Conduct night audits to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies are stocked. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience, including housekeeping and maintenance. Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls professionally and efficiently. Keeping lobby and breakfast tidy and welcoming to guests. Other responsibilities as assigned Inspect all the rooms before check in Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay) Skills Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role Experiences with hotel reservations software Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Proficiency in hospitality management principles, including hotel management practices. Experience with front desk operations in a resort or hotel environment is preferred. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus.
