Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at a vibrant hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to enhancing the guest experience. Duties Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded. and enrolling for the rewards. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Provide information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and assist with reservations. Maintain accurate records of room availability and assist in managing room assignments. Folding laundry and keeping front desk area clean. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Vacuuming hallway. keeping track of inventory for breakfast and filling up. should keep pool area filled with towels and keep it clean. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred but not required. Familiarity with guest services, guest relations, and phone etiquette is essential. Experience with night audit processes is a plus but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members alike.
