Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent/Concierge, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face of our resort, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster a warm, inviting atmosphere that keeps guests returning time and again. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while delivering top-tier customer service in a lively environment. Duties Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously Check guests in and out swiftly while handling reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately Provide comprehensive guest services, including answering inquiries about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into positive experiences Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly and effectively Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating welcoming environments for diverse guests Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve an international clientele effectively Knowledge of hospitality management systems and hotel management software is preferred Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently Previous experience with guest relations, night audit procedures, or front desk responsibilities is advantageous Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and professional during busy periods while maintaining a positive attitude Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality expertise makes a difference!
