Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. This energetic role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, efficient check-in and check-out processes, and seamless communication. You will play a vital part in creating a memorable stay for our guests by managing reservations, providing information about hotel amenities, and ensuring guest satisfaction at every touchpoint. IHG or Major brand preferred Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and handling inquiries promptly Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with a positive attitude and proactive solutions Maintain accurate reservation records, update guest profiles, and process modifications or cancellations as needed Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure all records are complete and accurate Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards to foster a welcoming environment Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred Bilingual or multilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse guests effectively Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is beneficial Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest interactions professionally and courteously Knowledge of night audit procedures, guest services, and resort operations enhances your effectiveness in this role Experience in hospitality management or hotel experience demonstrates your ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes every guest feel valued.
