Front Desk Agent

Job Description:

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Andover is seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing excellent guest service while handling daily hotel operations including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest requests, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures Answer phone calls and assist guests with reservations and inquiries Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally Process payments and maintain accurate records Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards Ensure guest satisfaction during their stay Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information Arrive on time and maintain reliable attendance

Qualifications:

Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be authorized to work in the United States Apply Today!
