Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. This energetic role involves delivering exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for an unforgettable stay, creating positive experiences that keep guests coming back. Whether handling guest inquiries or coordinating with other hotel departments, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding hospitality. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience. Manage guest reservations efficiently using hotel management systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills. Assist guests with their needs, including room changes, special requests, and information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Conduct night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy. Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and incidents to support guest relations and hotel operations. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is advantageous. Experience in resort or hotel environments enhances your ability to handle complex guest needs confidently. Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including guest relations, night audit procedures, and front desk operations. Excellent communication skills combined with a professional demeanor to foster positive guest interactions.
