In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, manage guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensure smooth overnight operations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming environment while maintaining efficient hotel management processes. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and assistance throughout their stay Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction Conduct night audit procedures by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring accuracy of all records Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and guest records to ensure seamless communication between shifts Assist with reservations, room assignments, and special requests to enhance the guest experience Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles preferred; previous hotel experience is highly valued Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of front desk operations, night audit procedures, and guest relations best practices Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with multi-line phone systems required Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced resort or hotel environment with flexibility to adapt as needed Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining a positive attitude Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in financial reconciliation and record keeping This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
