Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Agent to serve as the welcoming face of our hotel. In this role, you will manage guest interactions, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create an exceptional experience for our guests while supporting the overall efficiency of our team. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their stay Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and direct calls efficiently Check guests in and out using computer systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining guest records Assist with office management duties including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and organization of office supplies Support guest needs by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Maintain professional phone etiquette while managing inquiries via phone or email Experience Proven experience in front desk operations or hospitality roles such as medical or dental receptionist, personal assistant, or office clerk Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management software such as QuickBooks is preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse guest populations Previous clerical or administrative experience demonstrating attention to detail and time management skills Knowledge of customer service best practices, including phone etiquette and customer support techniques Join us as a Front Desk Agent where your enthusiasm and professionalism will help craft memorable experiences for our guests while supporting the seamless operation of our hotel.
