This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent service, and being the welcoming face of our business. About the Role As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests or visitors, handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and general inquiries. You will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations. Key Responsibilities Guest Services Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. Process check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently. Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, services, and policies. Address guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously. Provide information about facilities, local amenities, and services as needed. Reservations & Administration Manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications using the reservation system. Verify guest information, identification, and payment details. Process payments and maintain accurate billing records. Maintain organized and up-to-date guest records and files. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, or other departments as needed. Front Desk Operations Keep the front desk and lobby area clean, organized, and presentable. Monitor and report any maintenance, safety, or security concerns. Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and emergency protocols. Assist with mail, deliveries, and other administrative tasks as required. Team Collaboration Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Communicate effectively during shift handovers to maintain continuity. Participate in training sessions and team meetings. Contribute to a positive, professional, and guest-focused work environment. What We're Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation and a welcoming demeanor. Attention to detail and accuracy, especially with administrative tasks. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Comfortable using computers, reservation software, and basic office equipment. Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
