Job Description
- Job Summary
- As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
- Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Process reservations over the phone, online, and in person
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed
- Requirements
- Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
