Handle phone calls and reservations with professionalism and courtesy. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance guest experience. Assist with billing and payment processing accurately during check-out. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Resolve guest complaints promptly, maintaining a positive attitude throughout. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus to cater to diverse guests. Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous.
