ShotSuite is seeking a dependable, energetic and customer-focused Guest Services Specialist to join our team. This multi-functional role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by supporting front desk operations, food and beverage service, bartending, and kitchen assistance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong teamwork and communication skills, and is willing to assist wherever needed to ensure smooth daily operations.Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
- Greet guests as the first point of contact and provide a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
- Assist guests with check-in using reservation and point-of-sale software.
- Help guests navigate simulator software and other facility features.
- Process sales transactions for food, beverages, merchandise, and pro shop items accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and pro shop areas.
Food and Beverage Service:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guests' preferences.
- Take food and beverage orders and deliver orders promptly and accurately.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed, including basic cooking support.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, induction burners, and food processors.
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed at all times. Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, bartending, customer service, or related fields preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and team oriented.
- Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service practices are preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Bartending or mixology experience.
- Point-of-sale and reservation software experience.
- Basic kitchen or food preparation knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
