Compensation:
$15 hourly
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:
keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests' needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs Handle customer complaints as necessary Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift Please only apply if you meet each of these criteria About Company Founded in 2005, Rolling Hills Hospitality operates 19 hotel properties with a central focus on exceeding the expectations of its guests.
