Front Desk Agent

We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and motivated Front Desk Agent to join our team for our busy season! If you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and creating great guest experiences, we'd love to meet you!

Position:

Second and Third Shift (when needed),

Front Desk Agent:

2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am What we're looking for: Friendly and professional attitude Reliable and punctual Strong communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer knowledge Customer service experience preferred Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and professionally Team player with a positive attitude Cash handling and phone skills Attention to detail and organization Job duties include: Checking guests in and out Answering phones and assisting guests Making reservations Handling payments and balancing shift paperwork Assisting with guest requests and problem solving Working closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams Keeping the front desk and lobby clean and welcoming Hospitality experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person! Pay:
