Front Desk Agent

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at a hotel in providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and possess excellent communication skills.

Duties:

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about available services
• Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
• Process reservations and cancellations accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Handle cash and credit card transactions securely

Skills:

• Proficiency in hotel management software systems
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Strong guest relations skills
• Knowledge of front desk operations in the hospitality industry
