Role:

As a Guest Check-In Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for a memorable experience. This role involves welcoming guests, managing check-ins, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth start to their visit. Ideal candidates are energetic, personable, and efficient, creating a welcoming environment while keeping operations running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, engaging welcome. Assist with check-in, including managing waitlists and reservations. Explain gameplay options, membership programs, and pricing. Process payments accurately and efficiently. Communicate estimated wait times and direct guests accordingly. Maintain a clean and organized check-in area. Answer guest inquiries regarding venue activities, menu offerings, and policies. Work closely with the Guest Services team to ensure a seamless experience. Uphold service and hospitality standards to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

Prior customer service, front desk, or hospitality experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Comfortable handling cash and electronic payments. Positive attitude and ability to engage with guests of all ages. Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic setting.
