Part Time Front Desk Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience from check-in to check-out. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to hear from you. This position could turn into a full time position.

Duties:

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with breakfast as needed.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role preferred
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
• Knowledge of hotel operations
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
