In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they experience exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a warm, inviting environment that leaves a lasting positive impression. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hotel management, guest relations, and hospitality operations while contributing to an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience. Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, answering inquiries promptly and accurately. Handle guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure their needs are met with a positive attitude. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software. Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight. Support guest services by providing local information, directions, and concierge assistance as needed. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and facilities are in top condition. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred but not required; hospitality background is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and courteously. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed for shift coverage. Experience in guest relations, resort environments, or hospitality management will enhance your success in this role.
