Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience. Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling inquiries efficiently and courteously. Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software. Handle guest requests promptly, including room changes, concierge services, and local recommendations. Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and special requests to ensure seamless guest relations. Conduct night audits when scheduled, verifying daily transactions and balancing accounts to support smooth hotel operations. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet high standards of cleanliness and comfort. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest base effectively. Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for night audit shifts.
