Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Guest Services Agent to join our team at the Sheraton Galleria. As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling their inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and efficiently. Your ultimate goal is to create a positive and memorable experience for our guests, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry Fluency in a second language Certification in hospitality or customer service
Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and check them in, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and recorded accurately Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and other needs as required Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
Skills:
As a Guest Services Agent, you will utilize your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service to our guests. You will also use your problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems will be essential in carrying out your daily tasks. Fluency in a second language and certification in hospitality or customer service will be beneficial in providing an exceptional guest experience.
