Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at a premier resort/hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is crucial in creating positive guest experiences through effective communication and hospitality management. Duties Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, utilizing hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance guest relations. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations using phone systems and other communication tools. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including answering phone calls and managing correspondence. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Requirements Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required by the hotel's schedule. Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
