Top Benefits Dental care Extended health care About the role Holiday Inn Express & Suites is looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, provides excellent customer service, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment. Weekend availability is required. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner Check guests in and out of the hotel Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments Process payments and maintain accurate records Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams when needed Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction Qualifications Previous customer service or hotel experience is an asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills required Ability to multitask and work independently Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable and punctual Must be available to work weekends and holidays Must be able to speak English and French What We Offer Friendly and supportive work environment Employee discounts Flexible part-time schedule Opportunity for growth within the hotel industry
