The Role As a Group Room Coordinator, you will manage group reservations and rooming lists, ensuring all group bookings are accurate and properly communicated across departments. You help deliver a seamless experience for group guests, from arrival to departure. What You'll Be Doing Manage group bookings, rooming lists, and reservation details in the hotel system Coordinate with sales, front office, and housekeeping to ensure group requirements are met Input, update, and maintain accurate group reservation information Monitor room blocks, pickup, and cut-off dates Communicate changes, special requests, and VIP details to appropriate departments Assist with pre-arrival planning and group arrivals Respond to inquiries from group clients and internal teams Ensure billing instructions and group arrangements are accurate Follow all hotel standards, policies, and procedures Why You'll Love It Here • Collaborative and team driven environment Opportunity to build strong organizational and hospitality skills A role that directly impacts guest satisfaction and event success Ready to Lead the Hotel? EOE What Makes You You Previous hotel reservations, front desk, or group coordination experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and coordination Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work well with multiple departments Proficient in hotel systems (PMS experience a plus) Team oriented with a positive attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends
