Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering friendly and professional assistance with check-in and check-out procedures Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and guest needs to enhance their experience Handle guest requests and complaints with enthusiasm, ensuring quick resolution and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction Maintain front desk operations including reservations, room assignments, and updating guest records in the property management system Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns swiftly and uphold hotel standards Requirements Prior experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for guest services is essential Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of hotel management software or property management systems is a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts as needed Familiarity with resort or hotel environments, along with a passion for hospitality and guest relations Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your energy makes a difference!
