Hotel Front Desk Clerk Part-Time Weekends

The Atlantis Oceanfront Inn is a seasonal hotel ( May -October ) Seeking Part time Front Desk Agent 3 days a week, Including Saturday and Sunday. Am shifts

• Hotel experience preferred
• Operate hotel switchboard and take reservations over phone.
• Be proficient on hotel software systems, Roommaster and Microsoft.
• Be able to operate cash register and credit card machines and reconcile daily work.
• Able to multi-task, be efficient and work well under pressure.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Have professional appearance and positive attitude
• Knowledge of the local area a plus
• Be a team player and help in other areas as needed.
• Be confident while working alone in the evening.
• Have basic hotel knowledge and able to trouble shoot and assist with guests needs when the arise.
