Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. This energetic role requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. As the first point of contact, you'll handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and provide personalized assistance to make every stay enjoyable and seamless. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction Handle guest requests promptly, resolving issues with a positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills Conduct night audits and reconcile daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy and security Maintain clear communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations Uphold excellent phone etiquette when managing multiple calls and inquiries from guests and vendors Skills Proven experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, including professional phone etiquette Familiarity with guest services best practices This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
