11:00 PM - 7:00
AM Position Summary:
Best Western Plus Berkshire Hills Inn & Suites is seeking dependable, friendly, and customer-focused Front Desk Agents to join our team. Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to provide exceptional guest service while maintaining efficient front desk operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures Answer telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries Make and modify reservations Process payments and maintain accurate guest records Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and Lobby Perform Night Audit duties during the overnight shift Follow hotel safety, security, and brand standards
Qualifications:
Previous hotel front desk experience preferred but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer knowledge Ability to work independently and multitask Reliable attendance and punctuality Must be available weekends and holidays
