This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something special from day one — helping to shape the guest experience and establish our hotel as a standout destination. Our ideal candidate is welcoming, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Weekend availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests Provide knowledgeable recommendations about Salem attractions, dining, and events Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns with grace Maintain accurate records and handle payments securely Collaborate with housekeeping and management to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications:

Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent typing skills with the ability to compose professional emails and guest correspondence clearly and efficiently High attention to detail in written communication and reservation accuracy Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure Proficiency with computers and reservation systems (experience with hotel PMS a plus) Flexible schedule with required weekend and holiday availability Professional presentation and positive attitude If you are passionate about hospitality and excited about contributing to a unique guest experience in historic Salem, we would love to hear from you.
