Time Immediate Start Evening Availability Required Location:
West Boylston, MA RT.12 Pickle is a fast‑growing pickleball club seeking an energetic, reliable Front Desk Associate to join our team immediately for weeknight shifts (approx. 4 PM-10 PM) . This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a lively environment, excels at customer service, and can confidently manage a busy facility during peak hours. About the Role As the first point of contact for members and guests, you'll create a welcoming environment while managing daily operations. You'll handle check‑ins, court scheduling, payments, program questions, and general facility upkeep. We use PlayByPoint as our scheduling and check‑in software, and we are a fully cashless business. Training is provided, but strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Reception Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude Answer phone calls and respond to emails Provide facility tours and assist new players Court & Program Management Manage court reservations and check‑ins using PlayByPoint Monitor rosters, cancellations, and other notifications Support clinics, private court requests, and efficient scheduling Enforce club rules and maintain a safe environment Administrative Duties Process payments through our cashless POS system Reconcile the register and complete shift reports Follow email procedures Facility Upkeep Keep lobby, viewing areas, and front desk clean and organized Sweep/vacuum common areas daily Restock and maintain bathroom standards Equipment & Retail Support Manage demo paddle checkouts/returns Track paddle purchases and apply refunds in the system Collect house balls at end of shift RequirementsExperience Customer service, retail, hospitality, or recreation experience preferred Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using technology (PlayByPoint, POS systems, insurance portals, TeamReach) Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Attributes Friendly, organized, proactive, and dependable Comfortable enforcing policies with professionalism Able to work independently during quieter moments Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the facility Schedule & Compensation Immediate need for weeknight availability (4 PM-10 PM) Additional shifts may become available Part‑time position with competitive hourly pay Complimentary staff open play (with policy guidelines) How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed.
