Job Description
Tasks are included but not limited to: Greet guests upon interaction with a warm and friendly greeting. Register and assign guests to hotel rooms using the Property Management System Establish method of payment and verify credit for check ins. Make and confirm reservations via phone and in person. Use the Property Management System to perform the night audit function including verification of payment and rate for all rooms. Transmit, receive messages, and wake up calls using telephones or PMS system. Reconcile credit card payments between the PMS and payment processor. Respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner. Perform security and safety checks throughout the shift. Maintain safety of self, guests and company owned property at all times. Complete Light Housekeeping Duties in the Lobby Area including but not limited to mopping, dusting, sweeping and window/door glass cleaning. Ensure overall guest satisfaction and take appropriate steps to resolve any guest issues immediately Communication and documentation of vital shift information via email to other team member and General Manager every worked shift.
