Front Desk Agent Per Diem - Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Worcester Join our dynamic team at the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Worcester as a Front Desk Agent. We are seeking friendly, professional, and customer-focused individuals to provide exceptional service to our guests. This per diem position is to fill a 3pm - 11pm shift and is an opportunity to be part of a renowned hospitality brand committed to delivering memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel management system Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Assist with administrative tasks such as phone coverage and data entry Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work a 3pm - 11pm shift on a per diem basis Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software is a plus Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to handle stressful situations with tact and professionalism At Hilton Garden Inn, we foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that values growth and development.
