Job Description

Hiring for Evening Shift Front Desk ; Days could vary but Sunday / Monday nights will be required. Prior Marriott/ Hotel Front Desk experience preferred. Evening Shifts are 4pm-12am. Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Agent working the PM shift! In this energetic role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, efficient check-in and check-out processes, and expert handling of guest inquiries. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will ensure every guest feels valued and cared for, creating memorable stays that keep them coming back. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills and multilingual abilities while working in a vibrant resort environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the hotel Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with attention to detail Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and inquiries via phone and in person Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate services Maintain guest records, billing information, and room assignments with precision Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy of accounts Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly Uphold hotel policies and standards for guest relations, safety, and security Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred Strong customer service background with a focus on guest relations in a resort or hotel setting Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone operations Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations is a plus Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Hotel Front Desk Agent PM Shift and become an essential part of creating unforgettable guest experiences!
