Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Room and Lobby Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will create welcoming, spotless environments that leave a lasting impression. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, lobbies, and public areas, ensuring every space reflects our commitment to excellence. Your proactive approach will help foster a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for all visitors and staff alike. Shifts for lobby attendant shifts start at 6am . Includes holidays and weekends. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of hygiene. Maintain cleanliness of lobby areas, hallways, restrooms, and public spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting floors regularly. Handle janitorial duties such as replenishing supplies, emptying trash bins, and ensuring all areas are tidy and welcoming. Conduct floor care activities including polishing, buffing, and deep cleaning carpets to preserve a pristine appearance. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks when needed to ensure large-scale or specialized cleaning projects are completed efficiently. Follow safety procedures and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly to promote a safe environment. Collaborate with housekeeping management to report maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments such as hotels or resorts. Knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings. Familiarity with janitorial equipment and industrial cleaning tools is preferred. Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial management is advantageous. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
