Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly. Maintain detailed records of daily financial transactions, including cash handling, billing, and reporting for management review. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Monitor security protocols by conducting regular patrols of the property and managing access to restricted areas. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and uphold hotel standards. Uphold phone etiquette standards, ensuring clear communication with guests and staff at all times. Support hotel management in administrative tasks related to reservations, guest relations, and event coordination as needed. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment. Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences. Multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively; bilingual skills are a plus. Familiarity with night audit procedures, hotel management software, and multi-line phone systems is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally and courteously. Previous hotel experience demonstrating knowledge of front desk operations, guest services, and hospitality standards is essential. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail and operational accuracy.
