Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through excellent customer service and phone etiquette. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests with clarity and professionalism. Check guests in and out swiftly while verifying reservation details and processing payments accurately. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences. Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly, demonstrating effective guest relations skills to resolve issues amicably. Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy. Maintain organized front desk operations, including updating reservation systems and managing guest records with attention to detail. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred; strong background in customer service is essential. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively. Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor, especially in phone etiquette and guest interactions. Ability to handle night audit procedures confidently when scheduled, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. Previous hotel experience, especially in resort or guest services environments, will be advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
