Job Description

Our Front Desk Associates are key to our success by ensuring a positive guest experience with a welcoming disposition. Duties include but are not limited to: Welcome guests with a friendly greeting. Manage guest bookings per company guidelines, including guest check-in and check-out, answering phones, processing financial transactions, and more. Coordinate with all hotel departments to effectively address guest requests. Take up other duties as assigned by the management team.
